Learn self-hypnosis for anxiety

Self hypnosis is an amazing tool to help you take control of the symptoms of anxiety, and this course will take you through step by step how you can learn to do it for yourself.
This course will cover:

- Learning to relax
- How to use your breathing
- Learning to visualise

Once you have had a go at and practiced the basic exercises, the course then takes you through some more advanced self-hypnosis work such as:
- Using visualisation for improved performance
- Using visualisation for overcoming anxiety
- Developing your own suggestions
- Combining exercises for deeper hypnosis
